BLOGGING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT: BLOG ACTION DAY!~!

the environment...man, i remember always talking about it with my students when i was teaching! you would have thought i was a biology teacher!! (well i was...at some point!)

i was never a BIG environmentalist or anything like that. you would have thought that was the case since i was a science teacher. what i was though, was a person who was aware (kinda) of what was going on with the environment. it was all because of my junior year in debate and all the information on renewable energy. ever since then, global warming has NEVER left my vocabulary!!

so today, i blog about the environment! SERIOUSLY everyone, we only have one chance at it. when its over, its gone FOREVER! all we can do is do our part and take care of the earth, whether its something simple as picking up something off the ground, carpooling or turning off the lights when you walk out of the room. just do your part!

protect the environment, become more aware. AWARENESS is KEY! EDUCATION IS KEY!
