the end, el finito, fine!!
it's official! i have finished my first year of teaching!! talk about EXCITING!!!! yesterday was kinda sad, all at the last minute. the bell was about to ring to end the day (ending with 4B) and the kids decided to come up and give me hugs!! OMG!! it was just soo nice to see all that from the kids!

i got this little gift from one of my students, Oscar. his letter is what really got me. it was just soo sweet and sometimes i wish that all the realizations that he made soo late in the year had been made earlier so he could have passed my class. its a double edge sword of sorts. but i loved the thought!!

4 hrs later. . .
just got back from Madagascar and B&N. it was such a cute movie!! i loved it!! its always nice to see good, funny animated cartoon-age! it makes me feel like such a kid!! i really just felt like being out but there was no where to really go. wasnt really in a going out mood. . just a out of the house mood. ya know how it is. . . got two (more) books from B&N. one will be good for next year for the kids when they're bored. . its basically a big puzzle book. the other one is basically a big trivia book for really smart people! i dont think i really qualify as really smart but it'll give me something to do: reseach for the answers of those questions. i'll then FOREVER remember the facts! (and super ready for the next time i ever play trivial pursuit!!)

well this weekend/weeks/months should be easy breezing. . .cant wait?? we'll see!!
