Easter Break. . .LA style!
so today commences Easter weekend! I'm going to be going with Pam and Maria to Abbeville to spend the weekend with Pam's family. It's going to be INSANE! I really dont know what to expect except for a LOT of craziness apparently! I'm pretty excited! It's kinda "scary" at the same time because I NEVER that I would ever see Abbeville. . .I mean, that's where Giang is from! DUDE, its just 'OMG' I know it kinda doesn't make any sense but at the same time it does.
I know i wont run into him even though its a rather small city (population ~14,000 or so), but still!! how many freaking asian people can there be in this town?!?! It's bad because since I emailed Giang's sister on facebook (YES I'M INSANE!!), I'm kinda nervous! oh well. I'm going to try to be normal because I signed a contract with Pam!! If I dont abide (sp?) by it, the girls get to pick my wardrobe for 2 weeks! EEK!! scary!!

So today at school, it was kinda exciting to see the kids enjoy my little chromatography lab. granted, its NOT an original idea, it was still something that I decided upon myself to do!! EXCITING!! for the first time in a long time have I actually enjoyed doing what i do!! one thing I don't like is finding out that soo many of my students are recent or soon to be gang members! I really hate it but I honestly don't know if I can do anything, if anything, at all!! *sigh*

well on to a happier note, I finally got the NEW Michael Bublé cd. It's been out for a little bit I think but its sooooo GOOD!! I'm totally in love with him! I really like the song "Home." It kinda makes me sad but wow, at the same time, its sooo good! I'm gonna be overplaying Michael Bublé all freaking weekend when I'm in LA. He is gonna be my best friend and the girls are gonna learn to LOVE LOVE him!! PLUS, it helps that he's a little hottie! Hopefully one day, he'll come down to Houston to play!! I'll DEFINITELY be there!!
